Life is just life, it has its ups and downs, but you need to remember that you can’t give up. You can’t give into the parts of yourself that whisper and beg for you to, that tell you what they think you are, that they have control over you, in reality they don’t at all. 

If the past is seemingly haunting you everywhere you go, that you cannot just stop thinking about it and what occurred, that these thoughts are bringing you down to you low, just remember this: Let go, begin again.

By clinging to the past, you’ll never see what the future may hold. You may be so blind that you lose sight of yourself, lose sight of your being.
